Dreams, dreams, dreams of a child.
How exciting it was in our childhood to imagine that we are not the little ones anymore but grownups. How exciting it was to put our feet into the shoes of our mother or father, or to try their clothes. Or to hide ourselves in the old wardrobe, to listen the silence inside and the noises from outside.

Now we have our old wardrobe full of strange odours onstage. There we can find some hidden treasures, memories of good old times. Surprisingly angels are coming out, making their daily exercises. And then a small girl becomes a bride. How many brides and grooms, how different they are! And look, a circus rider comes out next, plays violin and she is learning how to fly by training men...

We are as we are now – the eternal little ones – and we have to learn how to fight for our place in the web of the human conditions. That child is still alive and dreams inside us somewhere, somehow.

We had to learn how to use the Apple of Desire, how to play with it, how to share, how to confront temptations. Let’s hope we can avoid eat up our dreams...
