'Shelter' is an imaginary inn somewhere in Eastern Europe, in post-war timelessness...

'Shelter' is a refuge, which provides shelter from the outside world, allowing you to look inside yourself – but for a night only...

'Shelter' is a madhouse, where Fate plays an immense game one night...

It doesn’t matter whether or not you are found wanting during your trials – nothing will ever be the same as before.

Can we escape ourselves? Can we run away from the realizations?

The inn is ran by a family: a military widow who is so preoccupied with the notion of raising her son and daughter by the principles of her late husband that she forgets to really get to know them.

Into their stark world devoid of tenderness and passion arrive the travelers. Three unusual men surrounded by some strange timelessness, self-assurance and power. They are Masters of Ceremony, who involve the family and the late-comers – a discharged soldier and his lover – in the most important dance of their lives.

That night is the shared whirlpool of souls brought together by ‘Chance’ – told in bodies and movement.
